ALL ABOUT ME...........

I have hopes of moving to Texas, either Dallas or Houston for work very soon. I have always liked both Houston and Dallas most preferably Houston. I have family in both areas so I won't be alone or by myself. It doesn't take me long to make friends so I feel like wherever I move I'll be okay. I am single but in my bag like the fries at the bottom, no Chance the Rapper who btw is one of my favorite rappers. I am a big Beyoncé fan. I have been to every concert since the OTR I show! I know that's only been three shows but give me my cred lol. I am the Co-Founder of the IG page hbcu_nurses (hit them with a follow if you haven't already) with my good friend, sister and Soror Aaliyah, who will be guest blogging from time to time.I have a serious passion for highlighting HBCU students and nurses because they are extremely important in the African American community. They are so important to preserve and keep relevant! I am a southern belle but very city at heart. I absolutely cannot wait until I am able to work with women and children. It has been a passion of mine for a long time. I wrote my senior research thesis on the association between cesarean sections and infants/children. I will share my research with ya'll in a later post! I plan to further my research in grad school when I obtain my Master's and possibly my Doctorate but stay tuned to see how that goes! Since I've been working as a nurse my patients have always commented on what a great nurse I am! When I tell them my goals and dreams of becoming a midwife they instantly smile and agree it would be the perfect career for me because of my warm, nurturing spirit!

With that being said sit back, relax and enjoy the show :) Until next time......

XOXO,

The Klassic Nurse💋
